01How do I track a seed order?
Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are sent after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.
02Can I cancel or request a refund?
Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. Our seed desk responds during working hours.
03When will I receive confirmation?
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. UPI prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for seed packing once confirmed.
