Packet Delivery Policy

1. Packing standard

Seeds are packed in moisture-safe foil packets inside rigid outer cartons to protect seed viability in transit.

2. Dispatch windows

Orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days after payment confirmation, subject to seed stock availability and courier serviceability to your PIN code.

3. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping as shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery: a handling fee may apply and is disclosed before you place the order.

4. Delivery attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery during business hours. Seed packets should be received promptly. Repeated failed attempts may result in return to origin.

5. Remote areas

Some PIN codes may experience extended transit times. Estimated delivery appears at checkout where data is available from our logistics partners.
